Anna (Radabaugh) Toops Obituary

Anna Lou (Radabaugh) Toops, 88 of Bloomingburg, Ohio went to be with Jesus Monday March 23, 2020 at Four Seasons in Washington Court House, Ohio. She was born in Mt. Sterling, Ohio on February 11, 1932 to John and Grace (Crawford) Radabaugh. Anna Lou was a Registered Nurse at Walter Reed in Washington D.C., and then at Grant Hospital in Columbus, Ohio before retiring. Then she worked at the Kroger in London, Ohio for another 10 years. She was a member of the Mt. Sterling Church of the Nazarene for 40+ years and was a kind and loving soul that will be truly missed.

Preceded in death by her parents, her husband by 359 days, Alvin Gene Toops, whom she was married to for 64 years. Brothers William Sr. (Barbara) and Roger (Betty) Radabaugh; sisters Ellen Mae (Lester) Meadows and Dorothy (Sidney) Bennett; brothers in law Weldon, Roy and Bill Toops; sisters in law Helen Dixon, Margaret Moore and Lois Toops.

She leaves behind brothers in law and sisters in law Raymond Toops, John (Thelma) Toops, Connie Toops and Clyde Moore, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Due to the COVID-19 concerns, there will be no visitation. Services will be held at the convenience of the family in Pleasant Cemetery, Mt. Sterling, Ohio. A memorial service for Anna Lou will be held at the Mt. Sterling Church of the Nazarene at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made in Anna Lou’s memory to the church.
