Hall (Centervile, OH) 2 additional great grandchildren due in April Sue was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She graduated in 1960 from Bunker HiIl High School in Bunker HiIl, IN. After graduation, she became an Airline Ticket Agent for Lake Central Airlines and then Transworld Airlines in Indianapolis, IN. While working for TWA, she moved to Cocoa Beach FL, and it is there that she met Bill while he was stationed at Patrick Air Force Base. They were married September 15, 1967. She later joined Bill in the Philippines while he was stationed at Clark AFB. She often said that she “traveled the world to get to dad.” They returned to the United States in 1969 with their son, Dan. Later, they moved to London, OH in 1979 with their 6 boys. Sue had multiple talents including painting, floral design, sewing, and writing poetry. She enjoyed playing scrabble, especially if she had the chance to play against (and defeat) her grandchildren. She truly loved celebrating Christmas with her family. She was a devoted member of St. Patrick’s Church in London, OH. Over the years, she dedicated much of her time using her talents to serve the church through creating flower arrangements for church decorations and painting the church statues when the church was refurbished. Sue had an amazing sense of humor and a smile for everyone she met; she never knew a stranger. During the last nine years of her life, she battled cancer on multiple occasions, and fought back with grace. She showed loving kindness to everyone she met while visiting the James Cancer Hospital. She always gave encouragement to those much sicker than herself, and brought a smile to their faces. The family invites friends to call at the Saint Patrick Parish Center, 61 S. Union St., London, Tuesday, from 5-8 PM., with a Wake Service to be held at 7:45 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Saint Patrick Church, 61 S. Interment will follow in the Somerford Township Cemetery, London. The family has asked that memorial contributions be made, in Sue's memory to Lifeline of Ohio or the Pelotonia. Envelopes will be available at the Parish Center. Online condolences may be sent to: www.rldfh.com.
