Nancy Ann (Dwyer) Beathard passed away on August 6, 2019 surrounded by her loving family. She was born in London, Ohio on January 1, 1927 to Paul M. and Helen (Keyes) Dwyer. She was a graduate of St. Mary’s of the Springs College for Women and The Mount Carmel School of Nursing. A lifelong member of St. Patrick Church and a tireless volunteer for many parish and civic causes throughout her life. Nancy was an avid and accomplished genealogist and a world traveler. Preceded in death by her beloved husband, Maurice E. (Morty) Beathard, brother Jimmy Dwyer, daughter-in-law Dawn (Perry) Beathard and granddaughter Shannon E. Beathard. She is survived by her seven sons; R. Michael (Margarita), Steven P.(Leanne), Jeffery D. (Sandy Rodabaugh), Timothy E. (Ann), William H. (Johnda), P. Gregory (Linda Giglio), P. Scott (Christi). Grandma Beathard will be missed by 18 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren. She is further survived by her sister Julia E. Dwyer and brother-in-law Ruben Stortzum; nephews James, John, Mark and David Beathard and niece Mary (Beathard) Weisman. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Patrick Church, 61 S. Union St., London, on Saturday, August 10th at 10am with Fr. Michael Hinterschied presiding. Burial to follow at St. Patrick Cemetery. The family will host a reception and celebration of Nancy’s life immediately following the service until 2pm at St. Patrick parish center. In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Nancy can be made to St. Patrick Altar and Rosary Society, Rockin’ on the Run (Team Ryan) or Orant Charities.
