Lorraine I. Landrum, of West Jefferson died Tuesday, October 29, at Doctors Hospital, West. Mrs. Landrum was born July 8, 1928 in Chillicothe, Ohio, a daughter of Clyde and Erma (Walters) Sparks. She graduated from Chillicothe High School and then attended Bliss Business College for 2 years. After Bliss College, Lorraine then worked as a model. She also worked at the H and L Greeting card company. Then, along with her husband, Harley, she owned and operated the Landrum News Agency. Mrs. Landrum is survived by her children: Harley Craig (Jackie) Landrum; Pam McCormick; Kim (Wayne) Francis; grandchildren: Mandy Kulesza, Bob Landrum, Matt (Ashley) Dover, Tabitha Gieger, Jonathan Francis, Jeffrey Francis, and Joseph (Bailey) Francis; great grandchildren: Tyler Landrum; Brayden, Colton, and Cameron Kulesza; Cole Harley and Wyatt Leo Dover; Zoey, Matthew, and Zeke Landrum. She has been preceded in death by her: parents; her husband of 65 years, Harley Landrum; sister: Delores Price; son-in-law: Kenny McCormick. A Celebration Of Live graveside service will be held Thursday, November 7, 2019, 11:00 AM., at the Hampton Cemetery, West Jefferson, with the Reverend Jerry Newman officiating.
